Mains water supply interruption

Description

The mains water supply was interrupted during the morning (6 am ish).
Primary pump overheated, so shut down.
Rise in backing pressure caused turbo pump driver overload and shut down.
Chamber rose to atm pressure.
Both Baratrons out of range.
10:00am: Primary pump started. OK
1 Torr Baratron OK.
0.1 Torr Baratron could have issue. Switched off just in case.
10:10am; Turbo pump restart attempted. NOT OK. TMS low temp error.

11am: switched pump controller on/off.
Allowed controller to heat up to ~ 60 °C.
Switched on. Turbo OK.
1:30pm Base pressure = 1.2e-6 mbar
0.1 Baratron = -0.05 mTorr
