Description

To investigate RPWMEB-671, we need to Test LFR EQM2 in the thermal chamber between 30°C and 80°C.
For each temperature step we need to find the minimum sub_1V5 voltage necessary to boot LFR.

Test outputs:
  • Tests parameters
  • Boot result
  • Power consumption
  • 1.8V current
  • few f0 snapshots (to investigate noise issue)
  • few SBM1 packets
