TM_LFR_SCIENCE_NORMAL_BP1 (F0,F1): Champ SPARE et PA_LFR_N_BP1_NR_F(0,1) non renseignés

Description

Suite à l'execution du test SVS-0090, l'analyse des paquets TM_LFR_SCIENCE_NORMAL_BP1_F0 et TM_LFR_SCIENCE_NORMAL_BP1_F1 a mis en évidence que
- le champ SPARE (octet 24) n'est pas initialisé à 0x0.
- le champ nommé "number of blocks in the packet" (octet 25) n'est pas correct (pas renseigné au vu des valeurs aleatoires observées).
Ce champ se nomme respectivement PA_LFR_N_BP1_BLK_NR_F0 et PA_LFR_N_BP1_BLK_NR_F1.

Tous les autres packets de type BP1 ou BP2 sont bien renseignés, ils n ont pas d octet SPARE et le champ "number of blocks in the packet" est sur l octet 24 et 25 et correct.
