Fix compiler errors when including Windows.h...
Fix compiler errors when including Windows.h The Windef.h (included by Windows.h) defines min and max macros. These conflict with QBarCategoryAxis::min() and max() functions. Defining NOMINMAX suppresses the min and max definitions in Windef.h.
