Fix documentation generated against Qt5...
Fix documentation generated against Qt5 The image files that are not referenced in any qdoc file are not defined as extraimages separately for both Qt4 and Qt5. There are still warnings of deprecated markup commands when generating the documentation against Qt5 but the documentation itself now looks good.
