Removed all remaining unused macros and fixed bug There was two numbers to set the FSW number of tasks NB_OF_TASKS and CONFIGURE_MAXIMUM_TASKS while CONFIGURE_MAXIMUM_TASKS = NB_OF_TASKS + 1
