Description
Now the 'extract argvs and env var ' function do : check solo_priority boolean (indicating if we give the priority on solo extract var or multiple extract vars),
depending on it value : check time_limits and input_cdfs_dir_url then input_cdf_url if the first are not set ; or the opposite.
This system allow us to use the same path and the same scripts nowadays whether the user want to use one file or some time limits.
