Make the most generic and easy to use log printer function.
When call, only need to specify the message content, the message level and possibly the error object in case of system error catch.
And start, use a function to create the log file name and one line to init the log system, after that no need to touch it, everything is set for the all code.
So very easy to use (no need to keep track of log id as in IDL)
