Description

Reorganise some functions to be even more modular
- put conv window application in deconvo_vec.py in separated function, same for waveform padding in fastconvol.py
- set_frequency_first is now a mandatory step of kernel_creation.py, like in not modular version
calfactor application is now done in kernel_creation.py directly instead of calibrate_data_block.py
 The translation TT2000 -> unix time is now a function in utils.py
